"Top blog/Renato Obeid's World/Today's pick: This rambling weblog is worth reading not so much for its satirical posts but more for its insight into the minutiae of life in Lebanon, including the etiquette of road accidents and how to hire a taxi.”

SADDAM IMPORTED ALUMINIUM FOIL
-war justified
CIA Director George Tenet has just revealed that the former Iraqi regime clandestinely imported two rolls of aluminum foil.
In an address at Georgetown University (televised live by news networks worldwide) Tenet revealed that the 28.8 meters x 0.3 meters rolls were "intended for wrapping weapons to make them look shinier and scarier and stuff" – which he claimed was a direct violation and breach of UN Security Council sanctions prohibiting Iraq from obtaining materiel intended for wrapping weapons to make them look shinier and scarier and stuff.
The proscribed materiel was allegedly purchased in late 2001 at a Tesco Supermarket in London by the then Iraq military attaché to London posing as a shopper.
In a wide ranging defense of pre-war intelligence Tenet said that the CIA was also investigating claims that Iraqi diplomats at the UN in New York purchased Glad Wrap "intended to keep weapons dry and stuff".
